Reading untimed charts is a useful skill, vital if a time of birth is unknown.
Yet current astrological fashion doesn't
really like the idea of doing this. This piece provides a system of reading any chart when only the place
and date of birth are available.
Each page after this provides an
overview, or slightly more, of each method and there is no complete introduction to any of the subjects explored
(that would entail writing a book). However if you wish to dip into a section to learn more, please click on the
appropriate link. Otherwise I would recommend reading the sections in the order intended.
Please note that I selected the chart of Berry Gordy as the example to show how the system works. You can
read about him here and his chart
can be found at appropriate places throughout this piece, as can this link.

Firstly you should check that you know WHICH PLANETS CHANGED SIGN during the course of the day in
question. Some days nothing changes sign, but with the Moon moving at around 13 degrees a day, there's
a good chance you won't be sure which sign this vital factor was in when your chart "happened".
In fact the Moon changes sign on 44% of days. And don't
just check the Moon - the Sun, Mercury and Venus average a sign change every month and you might even find
you're looking at the day a far slower customer - such as Jupiter or Pluto - changed sign. Any planet
that changed sign will have to be removed from the stats on sign analysis detailed here.
